Crash reports which reveal the identity, home or employment telephone number and address or other personal information concerning the parties involved in the crash are confidential and exempt from FSS 119.07(1) for a period of 60 days after the date the report is filed. Only those involved in the crash, attorneys representing the parties or insurance companies who insure the parties involved may obtain a report prior to the 60 days. 60 days after the report is filed all crash reports are publicly available.
